Spændingerne mellem Nordkorea og USA er ved at nå bristepunktet. Den amerikanske præsident Donald Trump og den nordkoreanske leder Kim Jong-un har på skift truet hinanden med total udslettelse, og en militær konflikt synes at være rykket nærmere. Men den hårde retorik mellem de to regeringer er ikke noget nyt. Faktisk er de to lande stadig i krig med hinanden.
