Problemet med robotter, kunstig intelligens og automatisering er ikke, at det vil gøre flere og flere jobs overflødige. Nej, det er snarere, at de ”smarte” teknologier vil begrave os i endnu mere arbejde. Tænk bare på selvbetjeningen i supermarkedet. Her skal varerne jo stadig scannes og betales – men nu er det bare dig, kunden, der står for den del af arbejdet.
